Why do you have such a cool car?
I got it as inheritance with my brother.
Even trough my brother wasn’t interested that much about it, while I was “Hell, imma make this as my summer car.”
And I did.
Before MOT it layed 5 years at the grass on the mercy of the weather and 2 years on gravel-bottom hall.
The MOT inspector (im not sure what they call it at english) said “There is a slight rust damage at left of the body of it and the exhaust pipe wobbles just few millimeters, fix those and let’s get that thing on the road.”
And I was “Sure why not.”
Good thing at 70’s cars were build to last.
I’ve only changed other headlight, oil, oilfilter, fuelfilter, plugs, one light from the dashboard (high beams) and carburetor seal.
It’s funny you can’t do that on modern cars so easily-
Before that, it served as a training car for me and my brother on a ice-road, where we learned how to use the cultch and the gearbox.
I tho will most propably sell it at autumn, (SHAMEFUR DISPRAY) because I don’t have that time to keep it on shape and the I will go to the Finnish army at january, so I don’t have any spare money to keep it and I don’t feel right to ask people money to help keeping it.
